1. General Donation Policy (Non-Refundable)

As a legally registered **Section 8 Non-Profit Company** dedicated to charitable objectives, **XPRESS MS ORGANIZATION** maintains a strict **non-refundable** policy for all donations.

Our Charitable Mandate

Funds donated are immediately committed to our various social welfare programs (Education, Health, Environment, etc.). Under the Companies Act, 2013, all income and surplus must be applied **solely** for the promotion of the organization's objects. Therefore, a donation is considered an irrevocable gift.

Furthermore, if an **80G tax exemption certificate** has been issued to the donor, a refund cannot be processed under any circumstances.

2. Exceptions (Refunds for Technical Errors)

Refunds are generally only considered in the event of a technical or processing error. **XPRESS MS ORGANIZATION** will examine each request on a case-by-case basis under the following limited exceptions:

Processing Error	If there was a technical fault by the organization's payment gateway, bank, or the website, resulting in an improper transaction.

3. Requesting a Refund

For a refund request under the exceptions listed above, the donor must strictly adhere to the following procedure:

Time Limit: The request must be submitted in writing **within seven (7) days** from the date the donation was made.
Required Details: The request must include all of the following:
- Full Name of the Donor
- Date of Donation
- Donation Amount
- Clear Reason for the Refund Request (e.g., Duplicate Transaction, Processing Error)
- Proof of the transaction (e.g., Bank statement or transaction ID)
- A written declaration that the official receipt or tax certificate has **not** been used for any tax purpose (if applicable).
